Hello! I am a Registered Nurse working at Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat to Live Retreat in San Diego, California. When I’m not at the Retreat you can find me cooking up Nutritarian meals, walking my dog Bruce along beautiful Windansea Beach, or getting a sweat on at the gym. Follow along for future content 🙂
